Well, we all know your oil pump works now!
Nice engine!

The 9N , 2N & 8N tractors used a 119.7 c.i. engine with a 1-2-4-3 firing order.
It was apparently one side of a V8 engine.

Me too, Ford's flattie fours changed my perspective on fours...

Interesting engine!
Does it have a 1-2-4-3 firing order?
Many Ford 4 engines used this rather than the more common 1-3-4-2 firing order.
A four cylinder with 3 carbs. Unusual.
What is the speed record in your class?

@OzzInter The model A, B and C have a firing order of 1-2-4-3. This engine is 220ci, that's why it has 3 stromberg carbs.

@OzzInter The class at Bonneville is V4F\GMR (vintage 4cyl, flathead\ gas modified roadster) The current record is 123mph.

is it a 4 cylendar like on my 1948 ford 8n

It very likely could be. I'm not sure if model A type engines were in your type of Tractor? This motor is a 4cyl flathead 220 ci running on gas, made only 40 hp in stock configuration.
