those are horrible numbers a stock 103 has 100lbs torque your telling me you sunk all that money into your $20,000 bike and gained 3lbs of torque? 1st off find a new mechanic 2. if you want more power you need to have your heads ported and polished check out branch o'keefe they have a good set up
3. get rid of that true dual BS that robs power get a 2into1. thunderheader is the best hands down. 4th you need more cam with more duration that opens soon maybe like the se259e.5th need more compression and will give you a snappy response. thats how you get the best numbers and a killer ride
You can expect hp in the mid 80's and torque in the low to mid 100's with the torque coming on very early and staying above 90 to 4500. FWIW, changing to the 777 won't get you enough more to make it worth the cost. You'll get more hp but not much more if any torque and in a touring bike torque is king! Mine? 09 FLHTCU, 103" SE 255's Power Duals, Full Boar slip-ons w/ 2" baffles and Big Sucker A/C. 84.6 hp and 103.8 tq. Love it! Happy trails

I will try an have a dyno sheet up soon. I am curious as to what it is making with the current set up myself.

Never did give us your dyno numbers for the 103.

I have been looking on the fuelmoto site and the TW-777 cams look like a great cam for the 103,
so I might need to swap cams in the near future.
