mmmmm - egg wash ... A key ingredient for a successful pie. You can also use it to connect the top pie dough to the bottom pie dough before baking - helps it all stick together... We must all stick together in one way or another Love the critter sounds too... Thank you!

not sure if you were joking or not.. but a pinch is 1/16 teaspoon or about 0.3ml :)
