That front kick to the knee cap will break a mans leg, one of the things we learned in the military hand-to-hand-combat. It's actually easier to kick a guy there than in the nuts but a good kick to the nuts and it's all over for the guy too. Neither one needs much practice but girls seem to automatically go for the mans balls. My advice, if you miss his nuts go for the knee right away while he's protecting his balls.
