Of Ceres ripe for harvest waving bends
Her bearded grove of ears, which way the wind
Sways them

There is so much more. And every now and then we get a glimpse.

For many years Van Morrison seemed to hear the heavenly echo. He knew the secret of Glory. He met the Youth of Eternal Summer on the Mountainside - as he states in Avalon Sunset. And after he sang "I'm not feeling it no more" in 1991 he never returned to that spiritual embrace. Nothing in the past 20 years has even come close. Even Astral Weeks live sounds like something has been tragically lost. Inshallah he will find the strength and vision to return to The Garden

God this reminds me of being a kid, so curious about the world and unknowing and thinking it would be that way forever. Time does indeed slip through our hands.
