Generic Western/Cowboy Music - an Original Composition

An excercise in trying to write different styles of film music. This should sound like a generic Western or Cowboy Movie piece, giving the feeling of horses, cowboys, trains, and the wild west. Written for orchestra.

if i could give you a little advise, try to fit in some timpani on the upbeats and some cymbals here and here making it a little more rythmic and exciting :)

Ahh..that does make more sense. But it must be really good software or whatever it is that you have, 'cause it sounds just like an orchestra here.

Thanks for all the great comments! There's no orchestra playing in these, the music is all computer generated from the scores that I write. And I'm just a high school student that really enjoys composing.

Good job once more. Not as cowboy-y as the West Wing based one was presidential, but especially starting at 1:07, it really captures the feeling well. I really like these compositions of yours!
