  • It works because no pressure is actually being placed on the turning of the key, the tumbler is being turned by hand. I don't think it would actually work if you had to turn the tumbler with the key itself. Still cool though!

  • I turn the tumbler by hand because on my first try i turned the tumbler with the can key but when i turned it torn up in 2, fortunately i made two keys like i didnt want that it happen again i helped it with my hand :p

  • so if you were to use a makeshift torsion wrench to turn the tumbler and a coke can copy key to lift the pins theoretically this would work, yes?
