  • @07comadres If you ever post vids, we'd love to see them. I just had a trainer send me a vid of her teaching a treadmill workout based on these moves. We are shooting a video later this month. Let's keep in touch! :)

  • OOH! the speed was 1.0, I tried it at 10 and went zooming into my neighbors basement.

  • Tried this workout in the gym this morning. Got lots of strange looks, but it was great fun! I just kept rotating these moves and his boot camp treadmill moves for 1 hour. I sweated out even though I work out a lot. Definitely going to do this one again, I just hope they don't throw me off the equipment!
