This resulted in expensive investigation and delay in diagnosis to help alleviate suffering and cost. We have not only lost The Human Face of Medicine but also lost the miracle cure that saved life.
NHS in UK is now in the brink of collapse and forty million people in USA cannot afford to speak to a doctor. Funding of various healthcare services, medical research has dwindled and politicians from all over the world are promising change, which they cannot deliver because not many have actually understood The Role of Doctor in providing healthcare.
Doctor leaders, who once encouraged people to seek help for so-called Minor Ailments are now advising people not to visit hospitals and GP surgery. My contribution named "Maya". This I hope will keep people away from NHS Nurse-led clinic,Walk-in clinics and bad greedy doctors who cash-in and claim to be successful doctors. Its a shame people who trust us have been let down. The authorities and the politicians are literally bullying doctors like me who stand up to defend people like you.
