@screamingdean5 not TRYING to imply, i believe i DID imply. haarp was going nuts that day, and a scientist that had worked with a smaller haarp machine said he himself accidently set off earthquakes. haarp was also going nuts on the haiti earthquake day. May not have been just the haarp in the u.s. though, there is one in china, and russia for sure, along with a couple other unconfirmed ones at the moment.
