Miyata, we are so sorry that you had issues with the hair. We guarantee our hair does not mat so all you had to do was bring it back and we would have exchanged it immediately! And we are sad because you had to waste time and money getting it redone. It's been 3 month since you ve purchased and we will honor any of our hair.

The only thing that could have made it mat was the mustaches were too long. It may have shaded because the stylist sewed thru the weft and not around it.

@siochem. I think their prices are good too for an Indian company. Are you in the business or just a retail customer? Because if u are only ordering a kg then that's easy. Anyone can pull 5-10 bundles of decent hair. But try ordering 100kgs, let's see if you get your hair and then how much is good and bad. I am a black female human hair manufacturer, we are not only here to sell hair, we are here to teach the manufacturing process so that we can employ our win people. Stop taking from blacks!

Proceed with CAUTION! Purchased from them Aug 2010 at Bronner Bros. show. The hair was gorgeous until I washed it using Pantene Only and Pantene Conditioner. Once the hair dried it tangled so bad but when you wet it again it was beautiful. So I don't know what the deal is plus it shed like a dog when wet. I could just run my fingers through it and hair would come out. This was my first time purchasing from them and I will never again!

I ordered 10oz custom 28" Malaysian hair and I also bought 8 ounces wavy Indian hair, and I absolutely love it!!
