Here is my first attempt at 365 lbs @ 140 BW (2.6xBW). I record my misses as well to learn from them, shall we only accept the glory ? My goal was to lift 335 and I did that (did not video tape). I tried 365 just to see what I can do with it. I don't see it as a failure but a valuable learning experience. I'm really happy that I had no problems with my grip or getting off the ground (thats the hardest part). I learned that I need to work on my lock out. I guesstimate that I can do about 350 but did not go for it because I am content with 335 lbs for now (new personal record). P.S Now that I think about it this is about what 1st place is pulling in an aapf/apf in my weight class. This video reminds me of when I was trying 315 for the first time.

  • @rickalex21 Yeah lol - I run twice or sometimes 3times a week. I agree that you need a mix of weights and cardio and yeah a diet lol.

  • @rickalex21 Yeah we have it weird in the UK lol. I am around 182 lbs and i am 5. 11 ft tall. But I am fat lol

  • @kingofcraig gotcha , been on the look out this is my year to shine 405 here i come :D all i have to do is get to 160 lbs body weight to have a good chance at it :) btw - how much u weigh ?

  • @rickalex21 We have all out weight in KG here not lbs. It is 2.2 lbs to 1 KG. so 365 lbs is around 166KG, we have all different size plates. Low ones from 2.5KG up to 50KG and some gyms maybe more. Yeah am watching the football/soccer :)

  • @rickalex21 Keep it up dude - 365 is loads of weight i couldn't do it so respect all the way for trying and doing it :)

  • @kingofcraig thanks about 1 month ago i could not get 350 off the ground so to even get 365 to my knees was really daring of me. I'm going to work on my lockout with rack pulls.
