hey mayt
you need a demo file for using source recorder,
and then when the demo is done, you type "startmovie Names"
Then everything is gonna be very choppy, 3-9 fps. DONT do anything during this process! Also check the amount of frames when the demo file is over, if its over 24 000 frames, you might want to go out with the dog for a walk or something...
Also, every frame (picture in .tga format) will take average 2 mb so you have to make shur you have enough space *more to write in*

i did now , i tried the quicker way though i added avi to the end . that wasnt a great idea . Thanks for helping me though , im gonna try making a video soon. Because you're a good person (and make nice videos). You get a subscribtion
