Possibly the happiest sounding engine I've ever seen.
Kleins were built by National Transit, primarily for pumping oil pipelines.
The model 5 differs from earlier versions in using a simple pendulum governor instead of the more complex flyweight governor. Also gone is the sideshaft and belt driven chain drip oiler. It retains the massive construction and steeply inclined main bearings of earlier Kleins, required for 24/7 operation.
It starts so nice!

Is this one that rolls over compression every time, or is it like a "normal" compression release hit-n-miss?

You could write a song on the sound! Quite mesmerising. I love watching the interaction and all the different movements.
