What foot controller are you using there with 2880 and do you have it all synced to the clock in that laptop? How have you set it up and what program do you use?

it's the behringer fcb1010. there is no syncing and no clock. no metronomes or any of that stuff. the laptop is there just for the synth sounds in logic pro.

i like the m13. it's the most roadworthy effects pedal ever. that thing is a tank. most other pedals, especially the ones by boss just break and shit.

are you using the big footswitch through the midi or footswitch jacks?

It's through the midi. As far as I know, you can only use the dedicated 2880 footswitch through the footswitch jack, anything else has to be midi. i could be wrong though.

Hey Matt first off, great job with the loop this sounds incredible and you're timing is dead on. I'm in the market for a new loop station and had one quick question for you regarding the setup you have here...I want to do some similar stuff to what you're doing here but want to add vocal looping. How many inputs are on this pedal? And is there an XLR input on it?

Do you know, with your FCB1010... can you set it up (straight out of the box without mods) to do all the functionality of the Electroharmonix foot controller (play, record, new loop, quantize, etc)?

It seems like the main MIDI messages I need to send are for example, to turn RECORD on and off, I need to send MIDI (CC#102 with a value of 127).

Are you using yours like that? Or in some other way? Thanks!

Awesome. Loved the midi guitar. Too bad you have to play all those loops short phrases all the through the 16 bars. It would be nice if you could just do a two bar sample of percussion or whatever and it would automatically repeat it four times so it would match the 16 bar loop. Meanwhile while you could layer another two bar percussive loop on top instead of having to play each one for all 16 bars. .
