  • Real nice Kalos, i never tried it but it looks harder a muscle up on that bar because the square bar is higher than where your hands are so you have to be more explosive.

  • @kalosthenos nice! i'm 6'0 and 180 lbs and YES!!! you are pretty young man!!!! if i didn't know your age i would say you are 32-35 or so :D

  • @DTX85 ya those are bodyweight internal/external rotations. i get a lot more range of motion if i started thet set with that, but def be careful. only go as far as you feel comfortable.
