This sinuous waltz is the first piece in Moszkowski's set of Trois morceaux Op.34.
It's similarity to Liszt's Valse impromptu is quite evident, especially the opening bars. This roll was recorded around 1912 for Ludwig Hupfeld A.G in Leipzig by the young Wilhelm Backhaus, who was a protege of Eugen D'Albert. Judging by the roll recordings he made in the 1900's, Backhaus had a phenomenal technique.
I've always loved this piece!
