the dog isn't going to walk that good without a treat, so you can't use treats the whole time.

treats are kinda expensive for me n im too scared to hold a treat in my hand with my purebred pitbull. he might just bite my hand off. lol. but he does pull the leash.

And I think once you do this a few times the dog will just follow by your aide that's y it's called training you don't need to still be giving him treats a mile from home...
