Talking up a Storm Part II

Here is another video of my now 10 month old Blue and Gold Macaw Storm talking her head off. She says Hello, How are you, How are ya, Muah, Roar, I love you, Stop, Come here and more stuff that we can not make out yet.

What methods did you use to train her to talk? I have a young grey and I am gettig a Blue and Gold Macaw in 4 months. My Grey is a year old and has not started to say any words yet. At least nothing that I can make out. :)

Since she was 4 weeks old she has been coming to work with me. Everyone in the office always talks to her like she is a person, we even take the time to explain things to her. Her first word was at 4 months old, I was handfeeding her in the kitchen and my boss came in to help and she looked at him and told him "hello", she has not shut up since then. Give your bird time, he will talk when he is ready.

My gosh!! This could be our bird - Elvis!! Says the same things right down to the roar!! I haven't put many videos on YouTube, but I will start!! He's great!!
