It looks like Feral Chaos has a lot of re-thinking to do.
In addition to finding glitches and experiencing unusual occurrences in Dissidia 012, I also got inspiration to do one character perfect runs against Feral Chaos, Scenario 000 version (with over 100,000 HP) from Parallaxal. This is one of those runs. Expect Sephiroth and Firion soon (I have their run files, not converted yet).

Ironic that ExDeath had a Perfect RUN when all he does is walk.
Equipment:
Ragnarok
Lufenian Shield
Genji Helm
Lufenian Armor
Accessories:
Hyper Ring
Sniper Eye
Muscle Belt
Large Gap in HP
BRV over Base
After Summon
Pre-HP Damage
Opponents HP over 10,000
HP = 100%
Destruction Resin (+8 Attack)
The "Large Gap in HP" and the "Opponent's HP over 10,000" are both because Feral Chaos has an enormous amount of HP, making both of those usable throughout most of the battle. HP = 100% is because I planned on making this a perfect run, same for Pre-HP Damage. The interesting one was the Destruction Resin. I used that because I really wanted a damage hike in my hits. More on that later.
The best move in this battle is Protect Guard. It blocks Feral Chaos's most common ground move, Vicious, a charging tackle. When your in EX Mode, you get double hits to all of your counterattacks. Without the Destruction Resin from earlier, I could only hit 400's and 600's with that slash. With it, you easily can get a 1,000. Now seeing how you can slash four times per block, you can break him in just a few hits.
I also had Omniblock and had a chance to use it when Feral Chaos attacked with his flaming projectiles, but I foolishly used Maelstrom instead of Omniblock (both commands were wired on the same direction, but I press Square instead of Circle, fail).
Manual Alexander is your best friend. So is Shinryu when he screws up. He did so near the end of the battle. As soon as he set the lock time, you try to scrape together as much bravery as you can get. I even got knocked out of EX Mode for that, but I got it back with two perfectly timed Almagasts.
This fight is actually ironic because the first time anyone's faced Feral Chaos here, they pull hair and slam their PSPs against the wall because they can't beat him. Try "No HP Damage" and "No Assists". Pwned.
Sorry to tell the truth, that wasn't a perfect run...

My context of "Perfect Run" is a run where you do not take damage to your health. It's like if you played MegaMan X and took no actual HP damage, but got hit by a projectile that did no damage. You would still have 100% health, and that's what this run was doing.
