Congressman Xavier Becerra answers Clerk Newhall's question about how to get to single-payer healthcare. Footage taken at the 2009 National Health Policy Conference.
what he's saying is 'i have already decided to do what im going to do because i know more than you, but i will gladly listen to what you want so i can more effectively rebut your statement and construe what i'm going to do anyway to be what you want in an effort to placate you with words but ultimately i am the elite ruling class and you will take what i give you"
Loser. A public "option" won't work. First of all, how much is it actually going to cost us? 2nd of all, the administrative savings will only be 9% and there will still be people who cannot afford care. Single payer all the way, HR 676, expanded and improved Medicare for all is the only way to go. It will save us 400 billion dollars and cover all of us, with no cost at the point of service.
