  • Hey Kevin...I'm a filmmaker shooting a movie about a car, naming the movie after the car...would this be a trademark violation?

    I just saw a movie called "Gran Torino" also named after a car, so just curious.

    I see tons of forums and sites named after hundreds of trademark vehicles ( ie Corvette forum, Porsche fans, etc ). So again, just curious what your thoughts are...
