Everyone says Kilmer is washed up, hasn't done anything good since Heat. But he's excellent in this underrated film.

This is one of the best movies about the way the world really is and works that has ever been made. If too many movies like this were made and they were distributed too widely and spoken of too often there would be a lot of very powerful people who would be very upset. "These people don't even know who their children are!" 'nuff said and every word is true.
