My horse enjoys shocking himself on the electric fence.MOV

Mojo, my 10 year old leopard appaloosa gelding, enjoys the snap and pop of the electric fence on his hocks. He will amuse himself for hours lifting his legs and placing it on the fence. Do you see how he strategically places his tail? This allows him to weaken and strengthen the shock he receives.
