@JoveroIV Basically your putting more stress on it by running multiple displays.

I think that MacBook Pros have DisplayPort 1.2 ports on them, so you don't need to use this external GPU thing, you can just get an adapter that splits DisplayPort to three DVI ports and use that instead. I can't link to stuff in YouTube comments, but you should be able to find one on NewEgg

THE SOLUTION OF THE LAGGY OF THE SCREENS IS THAT USB PORTS ARE NOT MADE FOR VIDEO RESOLUTION.. ITS BETTER TO CONECT THE ORIGINAL SCREEN TO THE OTHER ONE AS SERIES.
