An imperial spy, Bivotar, was dispatched to locate them. He never returned. Now, the task has fallen onto you.

I remember when seeing this scene (the "ring scene"), how utterly shocked I was. I didn't quite understand what was going on until I saw that scene. Then suddenly, the eight million questions I had instantly made sense and were answered. One of the best twists in videogame history.

@darklord1776 I'm Not saying the people who made the myst games did a bad job, they did an amazing job on each one. But it would be cool to see these designer's take on riven or something.

They edited The Alchemists' deaths scene (as well as those other scenes that showed fragments of it earlier in the game) from the version I have. :/ No fair! LoL...
