Jon Gabriel, author of The Gabriel Method, claims that he has been able to lose over 200 pounds and keep it off without slowing down his metabolism, going hungry, or becoming an exercise fanatic. This has never been witnessed in a metabolic ward. In fact, all known methods of weight loss are thought to trigger the famine response. Gabriel is on to something very big here, and I eagerly endorse many of his tricks to "lose weight without dieting."

  • The Gabriel Method is brilliant and effective. One has to be willing to simply surrender to the diets etc. Only by adding things. The cravings do subside and visualizations are important to. Omega 3's, protein and live foods but without any willpower required. It is way cool! Nice review brother!

  • These kind of methods work - I was under food control for a year or so (I don't consider that a real diet because I could eat many kinds of healthy food and in what ever amount I'd like) and I lost almost everything that my body didn't need.

    It was amazing how in the first week I lost 4 Kilograms by just extremely reducing the carbos - just some toast(-ed?) bread at breakfast - and without doing any exercise!

  • There is an indeed a psychological aspect to losing weight, if you think thoughts that make you fat, you will get fat, if you think thoughts that will make you thin you will lose weight. Gabriel really knows what he is talking about. I used to have weight problems myself and now am fitter in my 40s than most 20 somethings.

  • I have used both the HCG diet and the Gabriel Method. HCG jumpstarted my weight loss, and the Gabriel Method is what I use for long term weight control. Overall it makes perfect sense, you overeat and are fat because the quality of the food you eat is poor and hence your body signals to your brain to overeat. If you eat live and nutrient rich food, you crave less junk and binge less. And overall you lose weight and control your cravings.

  • Your explanation of the GM is great but there's a very important gap in your review and that is between 1:34 - 1:50. The moment he decided to stop yo yo dieting and eat whatever his heart desired & the change inside him to start eating healthy - the loss of cravings. I would assume that someone who's been eating the typical fast food western diet would go crazy if they just "let themselves go" like Gabriel did. Something must've happened between his realisation that dieting was not for him & ...
