This young chap (regardless of what crime he commited initially, awaited in custody for his sentencing, WHICH WAS FOR THE COURT TO DECIDE) was physically TORMENTED AND BEATEN to his DEATH.
Police are meant to serve & protect. It's not like this fellow resisted arrest, HE WAS ALREADY IN CUSTODY.
How many punches, kicks & battering can an ORDINARY HUMAN BEING withstand?

Those polis officers who tortured and beat Kugan to death should be brought to justice.
There should also be a Royal Inquiry into his death and so many others.

This death is not about ethnic , it is a mockery of judiciary system of Malaysia.
Its ridiculous that nobody is charged as of today given that all the presented evidences leading to homicide.
Although he was alleged by police as theft , he was not guilty until proven
( cant be proven now).
Its despair to see the murder run away and victim to be buried together the truth .
