Injustice--Men forced to pay for children that are not theirs--barred from providing DNA

This story is so unjust that even the news station says its is going to try to get the law changed!

Why is this story important to adoption? Here's why, these men are being barred from presenting DNA evidence and that sets case law precedent that all men can be barred from presenting DNA evidence in court and thus barred from proving their cases.

It is a little known fact that men in the United States who want to support and parent their own biological children are constantly barred from presenting DNA in court and proving they are the fathers of their own children. They are barred from this because these family courts-- whose records are sealed, are working closely with adoption agencies to "adopt" their children our against their will--aka kidnap their children through the court system.

This is the opposite situation, these men are being forced to pay for children that they can prove by DNA they did not father even over the objections of the child's mother who attest that this man is not the Dad and it is wrong the courts are forcing him to do this. What's worse is where is the constitution in all of this? The fifth amendment and fourteen amendment to the US constitution prevent individuals from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without "due process of law" and your money is most defiantly your property and "due process of law" means a fair trial which means you cannot be held legally responsible for something you had nothing to do with. Also their seventh amendment right assuring "trial by jury in civil cases" goes out the window and instead of these cases being decided by a jury of their peers they are decided by the whims of a judge or family court commissioner --who is playing king--which devoids the entire purpose of the constitution.


Even worse is these cases make case law (and set precedents) that says any individual can be held responsible for anything at anytime regardless of whether or not they had anything to do with it--which means for all practical purposes the constitution and bill of rights are null and void.

By Kansas law these men will be sent to the state penitentiary if they do not pay child support on these children that are not theirs. It is not constitutional in any way, shape, or form for these men to be in danger of going to prison for something they had no part in whatsoever--and is defiantly a grave violation of their fifth and fourteen amendments rights to liberty and property.

The fact that these secret courts are barring DNA evidence is proof that the family courts are out of control and do not want to find out the truth but rather are only out to make money at the expense of parents and their children by committing grave civil rights violations against families that families have too pay top dollar to attorneys and in court cost to try to correct.
