  • How's that MyoShock working for ya? I just bought one on clearance at GNC and so far I think it's working.

  • @GFreeman86 I stopped using it a while ago. All supplements seem to become immune to the body real quick. The myoshock really only was effective for a good month or two.

  • muscle milk light. kre alkalyn bufferd creatine , twinlabs ripped fuel. thats my line up get back to me what you think about those products

  • I was actually going to try muscle milk but I went with Whey Protein instead. In my opinion, ditch the fat burners. Stick to hard core cardio and you'll see results within a few weeks. My cardio consists of jump roping 45 minutes after my lifting for 1-4 minute intervals.

  • But overall, I'd stick with a Pre workout supp., a supp. while your lifting to keep you going such as an electrolytes mix, and a post workout supp such as protein drink.

    Heres mine:

    Pre: Myoshock HSP

    Middle: Trace Minerals Electrolyte mix

    Post: Whey Protein.

  • i thought u do h.i.t . hitters dont use supplements.

  • I don't complete follow every H.I.T guideline, there are things that I do a little different including the workout routine.

  • the ripped fuel was a gift from my friend for free so I cannot complain i also just purchased one a day and L-lysine amino acid that aids in recovery helps a good deal

  • cool, does this mean youre making videos again?

  • p.s. stay away from muscle tech even the pros that sponsor it dont use it.

  • and most all the other BCAA come in ur protein powders so u wont really need individual pills for those. I'll give u a basic lesson to just incase, muscle is mostly just protein and water so the creatine helps with the water and the protein helps with the protein. and make sure u drink a minimum of 1 gallen of water a day cuz lack of water means ull notice ur strength go down quite a bit. if u got any questions ill be happy to help.

  • if u want a good pre workout mix try Labrada's super charge its my fav pre workout mix ive been using it for a couple years but i do try others just to try all i felt with the myo shock was the caffeine and ill tell ya it does have alot of caffeine. trust me i compete and i think u should give the super charge a try muscle tech is crap anyway lol. the main supliments u should be taking are 1* multi-vitamine 2* Protein 3* Creatine 4* Nitric oxide or Arginine 5* Glutimine
