She should've pushed up on his feet. maybe his neck didnt snap. you gotta know lynching/hanging real good to kill a person instantly I hear. otherwise, they die of strangulation. if done right, they die instantly from a broken neck or almost instantly cuz the nerves&all going to the brain&then the spinal column i think goes up into the bottom of the brain. yep,done right no kicking of the feet, in either case i hear the neck is stretched adding several inches to the length of the body.
