30 min is maximum, i repeat, maximum time you have to spend in gym, when u enter and exit it. 10 sets in gym session is MAXIMUM,if you are long in gym, that is not productive for sole mass, however it is for endurance - it is different kind of growth, muscle still grows, but not as big as with shorter sessons. Allow few days of recovery. This is for natural bodybuilders, of cource, because one of benefits of the steroid users is that it allows them to spend hours each day working, thus massing.

The topic you also need to cover in relation to arm workouts is 'eating properly' for those who don't know much about getting bigger. Personal trainers bang their heads against walls when they try to train someone new for muscle growth and they don't eat anywhere near enough to support growth.

yea more weight and less reps builds more bulk, but less weight and more reps builds lean muscle
