  • Excellent work. I'm really impressed with the ogre's rigging. I'm guessing you used morph targets? Wish I had the time to produce this level of rigging.

  • Thank You for your kind words.. The Ogre was one of my first character rigging projects in Maya.. It was a combination of morph targets and rigging components.. Skinning takes a bit of effort but its very rewarding at the end of it.. All the best!

  • hey man, thats cool. nice rigging.

do you know what is the name of the song you used?

  • thanks dude.. well the soundtrack has the tune of the Nescafe ad.. one of my favourites.. so jus added tht as my bgm for the reel..

    Cheers man!

  • Wow, loved the fluid motions of the car crashes. Well done!

  • Thanks a lot mate..! shall be putting up an updated version of my reel in a few weeks... Thank you guys for all your support & inspiration..!

  • awesome !! I like the rigging and muscle bulging parts. Thumbs up !

  • Very good work indeed! Loved the ogre. Nice muscle definitions and deforming.

Long time since you posted this. Has it got you any jobs?

  • Oh and quite a few expressions.

    lol

  • Maybe better

  • how do you get the feet to stay in place when you translate the hip into a crouch position?

    thanks

  • U did this with maya? cool! 5*s!

  • Maya. Autodesk makes it. You can get the "demo", Maya PLE (Personal Learning Edition) on the site, but it cant save in a format that non-PLE versions can use.
