    Today I did 6 rounds of the 4 exercises (total of 24 rounds, 16 minutes) ** My reps: Right Row (9.5kg) 13/12/13/13/13/12 ** In Out Skips 52/48/54/59/56/56 ** Left Row (9.5kg) 12/13/13/13/13/13 ** Plank Tilt 15/19/20/22/21/21 ** Loved it ! I will do Power Toning #2 tomorrow. Thanks MarC :)

    WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND THAT YOU'RE USING TO WORK OUT WITH?? is it a weight with pencils at the side.. looks like it was home made, interesting. I have never seen that before. Wicked work out by the way will try it out.

    When you say do 12 rounds does that mean that you'll be doing each exercise 12 times? I just want some clarification.

    Walk for 30 minutes a day everyday. After 2 days, your lower back pain will go away. Worked for me.
