A pity that Mick's & Keith's ego were too big to acknowledge this extremely gifted guitar player. The RS definitively had their "gold era" whilst Mick Taylor graced their band.

Mick Taylor is one of the greatest musicians of his generation, his playing set the stones into becoming the greatest rock n roll band in the world. Also listen to the records he did with john mayall while still only a teen, mind blowing to think at that young age he replaced clapton and green after they left.

Once I shed my Brian Jones bias....I came to accept Taylor. Jones was becoming a liability to the band and had to be let go. Sad story considering that Jones started the group. Time waits for no one is one of my favorite Taylor productions.
