I live on the same road of this resturant. Kelly's welcome did not burn down it just changed into a different resturant. (The Mill Tavern) Infact I am actually a kelly, and if your wondering why alot of things are named after kelly's it is because there were many kelly's that grew up along that road and some still live there

Everything in Manotick is named "Kelly's" something or other because there is a *big* branch of the Kelly family living and working in that area (I'm related to probably 3/4s of them!)

kelly's landing on the patio right near manotick marina - the foods not worth the drive - however it's a great place to stop at if you are boating and need a break either for a quick bite or ice cream - and of course gas
