@stutman100 Twice as must as just regular lenses. If your lenses cost $40, with transition it will cost about $40 More at ClearlyContacts ca

@skyweezynU Defect, I've had 4 pairs of transition glasses for up to 2.5 years each and the only change you may notice is a slight darkening of the lens in ambient light.

@lckyboyo it would be so dark that they would be illegal.

@shakeythumbs They make a dark contact lense for athletes. They don't advertise about them. It's still in the new and still a closed doors type thing.

@lckyboyo are these anygood? and do they ever go on inside or in bright lights?

@xx55AC55xx Yes. I have had my glasses for almost a year now, and they are still working great. As far as them transitioning inside, no, they do not. It takes UV rays to make the glasses to transition, so when you are inside, the glasses will not transition.

I wonder when they will make all the Car windows out of Transition Glass? Seems that PPG would make that step.

I have wondered the same thing quite a few times.. lol .... I don't see why they haven't yet because they have the photochromic house window glass. Maybe they will make the vehicle glass soon.
