@Spuntechnics its very impressive but i personally think it takes away from the music. its too much of a focus point. i like autechres approach of just turning out all the lights.

Although I know Amon is not the only electro-musician or DJ who thinks there's more to a stage show than just watching someone pushing buttons and/or turning vinyl, but he certainly pushes the envelope. As amazing as it is to watch though, being a musician/dj myself, occasionally, I'd like to see him pushing buttons and perhaps even have a peek at the machines that have the bottoms he's pushing.
