@AyohJay Yes, it does. All scooters have clutches, it's just that clutches on CVT's are centrifugal, not hydraulic or cable actuated. If it didn't have one, the moment he started the engine, the bike would lurch forward.

@colinbrannan New Clutch? its a Ruckus. its only 1 gear and had front and rear breaks. There no Clutch. Or shift-able gear box for that matter.
