I don't even care about if he's black or not as much as I am sick of everyone making such a big deal about Obama's race and people who voted for him JUST because of it! Why does everything have to be about race? MLK and supporters in Selma, Montgomery, and B'ham already made history and gave blacks the equality everyone deserves. Shoot, blacks often have advantages in today's society. Why can't we finalize equality and be "colorblind" when we look at others?

@tvaddict69, it was NEVER about race. It was on experience, strength and leadership. Obama has none. He's very charismatic, but it's just a show. There are far better black candidates (eg: Colin Powell, Condi Rice, Mike Steele), but the nation picked the WRONG one.

What the hell does Oprah know? The Presidential Campaign was decided strictly on race. Also no Republican could have won after the deplorable Bush years. Hope and change are nice slogans but for all Obama's talk not a lot has REALLY changed.
