John Edwards - The Sarkisyan Family

At an emotional town hall meeting in Manchester, N.H., John and Elizabeth Edwards were joined by the family of Nataline Sarkisyan, who passed away in December after her health insurance company refused to pay for the liver transplant she needed.

"I feel empty inside - my heart, there's a hole. This is not about only my daughter Nataline, it's about the whole world, every one of you, this could happen to any of us," said Hilda Sarkisyan, Nataline's mother. "We have to put a stop to these people. They cannot tell us who's going to live and who's going to die. Right now I am here for her -- we have to make a change."

I am in the process of fighting to keep my health insurance. I had my first kidney transplant in 1993 and my second one 2005. I am up for review, and if I can't keep my insurance, I will loose my transplant. I'm sooo tired of the system. I have the right to live!

It is exactly for families like the Sarkisyans that we need to elect John Edwards. We need a president who will put patient health care over corporate profits.

This is just heartbreaking, and yet in the same breath it makes your heart soar. Thank you to a strong, admirable family in the Sarkisyans, and thank you to a passionate man of strong convictions in Mr. Edwards.

BO will say what it takes to win. HC will do what it takes to protect the top income earners in this country, which the Clinton tax bracket includes.

I listened to both the Democratic and Republican debates. With the exception of Edwards, the other candidates were talking about how much they were going to charge you for health care.

There are over 40 million Dawn's in this country who don't have the money for any plan.

Do they needlessly suffer and die without coverage?

BO stumbled through his answers. HC proved she is for the rich, and will not make changes to help you.

Edwards will win over Republican voters in a general election. BO or HC will bring out a record number of Republican voters to vote against them.

Consider your options now. BO or HC will give the Republicans what they want. The White House. Something you cannot afford.

John Edwards will fight for all of us. He took on big,greedy corporations and insurance companies most of his life and I know he will fight to prevent the insurance companies from causing another person from losing their life.
