Another day of "Organized Stalking" in the San Francisco Bay Area of California (Oakland & Berkeley). This is just one aspect of an intense psychological & physical torture "negative energy" campaign run by federal law enforcement agents (including the military) and local community "helpers" which consist of a relentless campaign of slander & defamation of character, invasion of privacy, unimaginable psychological harassment and continuous physical torture through the use of targeted overexposure to electromagnetic radiation (RADAR, Infrared and Radio Frequency are the most commonly used). This blatent overt harassment campaign began over 3 1/2 YEARS ago (January 2006) while living in Concord, CA. It has persisted uninterrupted ever since even though I've moved my family twice, first to another County and most recently to another State! This video shows the phenomenon called "Organized Stalking" which has been reported by more and more credible target's throughout the country. This has been described as the "perfect crime". The desired outcome from such a campaign is either incarceration or suicide. A target is systematically destroyed - financially, emotionally and eventually physically. The tactics used are designed to be very difficult to prove and attempt to make a target appear mentally ill. The guise of an "ongoing criminal investigation" (which never ends) or "reasons of national security" are used to give the perpetrators the support of the community needed to allow this astonishing abuse of civil, constitutional and human rights against innocent, law abiding American citizens to continue. Initially, reporting such harassment by our government was written off as paranoia / mentall illness. However, the more brave targets that step forward and report the astonishing details of this horrific abuse of power being perpetrated against them by the very same U.S. government agencies we entrust to protect us, the sooner these criminal hypocrites and their truly evil tactics will be EXPOSED! You have to file a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) to see if a few corrupted law-enforcements put you on some "suspicious list" with some sort of community policing. There has been too many convicted law-enforcements working for private parties to destroy their adversaries.

It uses many "COINTELPRO" like tactics and often preformed by regular folks and neighbors.

If you are a victim, you have to file a FOIA / PR in order for anyone, lawyer to even begin helping you.

@wwwtotalitaerde Not sure about Germany but I imagine they are VERY sensitive to anything which even resembles anti-semitism (considering their recent history). Have you or your brother ever publically discussed anything which could be interpreted as such? Sometimes it's just wrong place (person) at the wrong time. The people holding these positions of power in government have a 'holier than thou' attitude but more closely resemble the devil. We've been added to "THE LIST". That's obvious.
