The Alternate Root is Thinking of Our Friend Robin Rogers Today
The marvelous blues singer and friend to many was admitted to the ICU on
August 18th due to an ongoing battle with liver disease. Today she remains in critcal
but stable condition and is resting comfortably, though under sedation for pain.
Her immense talent aside, Robin is one of the sweetest and kindest people
to ever grace this business. Please keep her in your thoughts...send her some
good mojo or keep her in your prayers, whichever works for you.
We rummaged through the archives to find this fabulous video of Robin singing
like only she can, on her song "He May Be Your Man." Enjoy.
