The middle channel features a 20Hz beta frequency (ISO-TONE), while the L+R channels contain A 6.5Hz Theta Frequency (WHITE NOISE).
The frequency of theta (or low alpha) / beta waves increase as a result of running speed. This brain entrainment session is of course no substitute for actual physical exercise, and is merely intended as an experiment. Try it out and see if it works for you.
I mixed and mastered this session in FL Studio.

Isochronic. I use headphones anyway as they help to sync your brain up to the beat alot quicker

Friend,
isochronic tones do not need headphones...are these isochronic or binaural?
Thanks either way for uploading!
