Hi Yes I can recommend 2 first the china (4G belt drive) is the less expensive and you may have to do some upgrades to this one fairly soon after you start useing it.
Next is the American made Qmatic more expensive but this one has no problems with it and parts are easy to get unlike the china 4G it can be hard to find parts at times.

As of now there is no such thing in North America un less you watch ebay for EZ Motorbike transmission that is the only one that has been made with a hand clutch but are no longer being made.

If you are looking for one for the 5/8 shaft you are out of luck the have been out of stock in North America since September and they are not expected untill end of April
