Remi Bellocq, 1984 RTIP Graduate

Remi Bellocq CEO, National Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association (NHBPA), an organization representing the horsemen's interests on a myriad of issues. When Remi graduated from RTIP in 1984 he began working in track management and over an 18 year span worked at Garden State Park (NJ), Hollywood Park, Longacres, Philadelphia Park, and lastly at Santa Anita where he was director of marketing from 1998-2000. Remi speaks highly of the RTIP and notes that since he graduated RTIP now offers its students two career paths, an animal science path and a business path. He says that one of the best things about RTIP are the networking opportunities that arise from the people you meet by virtue of being in the program.
