  • @hookmanmf Think Chords, not scales, start with triads, then add more voices, 4th voice 7th's etc, then think solfeggio transpositions (chords as numbers or degrees), Learn the cycles, then start exploring other chordal notes, then learn modes which are built on scale degrees. Six months from now you'll be good :)
