The idea of world peace keeps us optimistic, but the reality is it is unobtainable. Not because of religion, money, ethnicity, land or even weapons. It is impossible due to the differences in thought, morals and desires as individual humans. Since of the dawn of recorded history, humans fight and battle over ideology and perceived 'truths' based on personal bias. hell, even here on YouTube the unnecessary flow of hatred and ignorance is ridiculous. There will never be peace with countries having disagreements. Those disagreements cost dear lives. We must reach a final agreement, because the year is 2010 and there is no need for war. We must make a more civilized world.

You are out of your mind. What the world needs is not more government but less. A single global government is just a global dictator with exclusive right over everything. All governments must be abolished, even world government, for peace to prevail.
