What type of recording device, Are you using to make these videos. It work's real good & the sound comes through better then most. The bike runs nice, and it sounds nice also. Thank's in advance, yl

would definitely recommend the Beowulf exhaust for this bike, makes it sound mmmeeaaannnn!

@dbauernf depending on the gearing it makes sense to rev past peak power, because shifting up sends the revs down too far before peak power. But er6 has short gears, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to rev much beyond peak power.

easy riding means to drive with 160 about a pedestrian overpath?!...
but nice vid anyway!

hey. I'm considering buying new bike this year and hesitating between Er-6n, GSR600 or XJ-6. Can you help me to make a right choice. :)
@Rafal264 Może ty się wypowiesz?

How big is the engine?

@aquariacic If they are properly mapped they will pull well past the peak HP @9K + onto 11K, Yes they make less power, But the over peak power does not drop off so fast, So no need to shift so early. But to get the extra HP range, There must be a open exhaust syst, and fully mapped FI. There are some videos on Y-tube that shows this. They are listed under the title "Leo Vince Install- Kawasaki Ninja 650r part 1" Then 2 more with dyno charts to show what works done on a 24K miles stock bikes. yl

What's the camera and mount? It gives a good view but the wind noise is a bit much.

Thank you - have just bought the 6f version and need a new exhaust, the original is a bit farty.

Nice to see someone who knows where his bike makes it's peak power and torque and use that knowledge for great shifting points. Most er6 videos I find I see people pointlessly redlining the bike.

@dbauernf Well it's easy to know when it's time for a gear change. You can always feel when the engine is loosing steam after it passes 9750 RPM then it's correct time to change the gear. I've never looked at the RPM gauge to check when I schould change gear :)...
