As long as the seal is good it can protect you agenst NBC agents as long as it has a good filter

the filter on the schms is old and I wouldent think ha NBC protection

The schms was for noncoms, not snipers ya dork... Also, no cold war era gas mask had asbestos, it was illegal to use in gas masks after ww2 anyways... Get ur facts straight, what you think is asbestos is just activated carbon.

@TheGamer1468 It just depends on your conception of my comment, 10 year old kids are not supposed to do things like that, asbestos is highly dangerous for your lungs and will kill you after exposure
